Payments and refunds

Current payment status

The website does not currently provide online checkout or collect payment card details. Prices, the payment provider, invoicing details and paid subscription terms are being prepared. A manually activated membership is not evidence that a payment was processed by this website.

Existing arrangements

For any arrangement made directly with an administrator, use the original contact channel and retain your payment or membership reference. The final refund process and applicable consumer terms must be published before online sales are enabled.
