Use and review responsibilities

Permission to scan
Start a scan only with the computer owner's informed permission and within your authority. The player can review the recipient and scope before starting. Do not use Vetra for covert monitoring or to access another person's reports.
Evidence and decisions
A finding is a lead for review, not a definitive cheating verdict. Missing or inaccessible checks are distinct from clean coverage. The reviewer should consider context and allow the player to explain relevant findings before making a decision.
Membership
Access is currently activated manually. Public registration and online checkout are closed. There is no public free plan. Starting a scan reserves a credit; an accepted report consumes it. Repeated delivery of the same report does not consume a second credit.
